Sanming Heavy Industry supports Huafu Shuansan in building a high-quality aggregate production base in southwestern Sichuan region.
According to the project manager of Sanming Heavy Industry, this project adopts a dry sand production system, which is not limited by water and environmental conditions. It is designed with a modular structure and a compact tower-style layout, reducing the project's footprint and saving on civil engineering investment. The system is designed to produce high-quality sand from 0-3mm, with an annual output of up to 50 million tons. The crushed material is 5-12mm aggregate, which is transported by a bucket elevator and an enclosed feed belt. The system is environmentally friendly.
The crushing machine uses 8 VCX-536 ultra-fine sand making machines independently developed by Sanming Heavy Industry and equipped with multiple patents. It operates with a single motor, high-pressure variable-frequency start-up, ensuring safe, continuous, and stable production, energy saving, and cost reduction. The finished mechanized sand has adjustable fine-grained modulus, reasonable gradation, controlled powder content, round grain shape, high efficiency, and high quality, meeting the national standard for medium sand in Zone 2
The material screening is carried out by 8 DES-2460 horizontal screens, with dual amplitude and dual motor drive, which has high screening efficiency and long service life. Materials larger than 3mm are returned to the feed hopper. Materials smaller than 3mm enter the air classification system.
The project uses 4 V250 passive air classification machines and 2 LPM96x2 low-pressure pulse long-fiber bag dust collectors for physical air classification and dust collection, which allows for the perfect separation of manufactured sand and powder, precise classification of oversize particles, and mixing and humidification before entering the finished product warehouse. Some of the 0.15mm material is collected by the dust collector filter and stored in the powder silo.
The project as a whole adopts an intelligent mining production management system, which features one-click start, online monitoring, and alarm functions, improving operational efficiency and lowering management costs. The finished mechanized sand achieves a comprehensive improvement in fluidity, with all indicators such as shape, gradation, fineness, and void ratio meeting the requirements, thus creating new opportunities and value for the development of the sandstone, cement, and concrete industries.
According to the relevant person in charge of Yibin Huafu Shuangsan Cement Building Materials Co., Ltd., the newly built high-quality limestone mine and mechanism sand production line will have an annual production capacity of 50 million tons of high-quality mechanism sand after completion. It can reduce the use of cement in concrete production to some extent, thereby saving the production cost of commercial concrete, further enhancing the company's patent ability and market competitiveness in the building materials industry, and helping the company deepen its industrial chain and develop high-quality and healthily.
